Once again this year we are participating and walking for John in the #Walk to End ALS - we will be joining the larger ALS walk at Walter Baker Park (please note the location change) on June 1st @ 10:30am.

It’s so incredibly hard to believe we’re crossing the five year mark of losing this incredibly strong and kind human. We truly miss him every day. Five years of wishing we could just chat, tell him our stories and make him laugh. John would be proud to know we’re walking every year - just like he did. He never, ever missed a walk or chance to fund research. 

We’d love to have you join us or walk in your neighborhood, or favourite walking trail - whatever suits you best. Please send us pictures so we have the memories. 


We know our fundraising will help get us get this disease to the finish line - to give us all hope that one day there will be an end to ALS. We can’t express our gratitude for all the donations over the years, the Knight ALStars have raised more than $30,000 in the past 5 years💜
