Pam’s Posse is back in action for the Summer 2025 Walk to End ALS!  Made up of  NC Colleagues, family and friends, Pam’s Posse is once again going to step out in support of the ALS Society. 

The ALS Society directly supports people affected by ALS to ease their journey – through a hybrid model of in-home and virtual interactions, facilitated support groups, as well as provision of necessary medical and mobility equipment, and communication devices.   

The ALS society also invests in ongoing research.  The ALS Canada Research Program is the only national dedicated source of funding for ALS research across Canada.  This program provides peer-reviewed grants to researchers whose work has the greatest potential to advance the field of ALS. There’s been more progress made in ALS research in the last five years than over the last century – we need to keep building on this momentum.
