In September 2019, ALS took a very important woman from so many of us — Mama Magee.
This year, I’ll be participating in my first ALS Walk in Hamilton, Ontario, in memory of Ann — the mother figure who welcomed me in with open arms.
Ann’s Army runs deep. Just like the love she shared with everyone around her.
With this walk, we’re raising funds to support families living with ALS. An ALS diagnosis means being slowly robbed of your ability to walk, talk, and eventually, breathe. It’s a cruel disease — and it comes with overwhelming physical and financial costs.
The equipment needed to prolong life and provide comfort can cost over $100,000. Your donation, big or small, can make a real difference in the lives of people facing ALS right now.
If you’re able to donate, please do so below. Every bit helps.
Thank you for your support — for the Magee's, for Ann, and for every family touched by ALS.
