This summer, we are participating in the ALS Canada Walk to End ALS, in support of our mom, Colleen Hudson - and everyone affected by this devastating disease.

Now more than ever, the ALS community needs our support.  ALS slowly takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, eat, and eventually breathe, often within just a few years. It is heartbreaking not only for those diagnosed, but also for the families who walk beside them every step of the way. We are determined to help fight for a cure.

Any support helps to:

• Advance scientific progress through the ALS Canada Research Program, which funds promising ALS research. There’s been more progress made in ALS research in the last five years than over the last century – we need to keep building on this momentum.
• Create a better day-to-day reality for people and families living with ALS by providing community-based services throughout Ontario. This includes support groups, virtual programming, and information resources, which are all critical in improving the quality of life for people living with and affected by ALS.
