This weekend we will be participating in the ALS Canada Walk to End ALS.  On February 16, 2026, we lost our dear friend Carolyn to ALS and, as we've done for the last three years, we will walk 5K to raise money in combat of this horrible disease. In the past, Carolyn has joined us along the route. This year, her memory will be honoured and her spirit will be with us every step of the way.  We appreciate your donations. 

Your support will help to:

• Further scientific progress by investing in the ALS Canada Research Program, which funds promising ALS research. 
• Create a better day-to-day reality for people and families living with ALS by providing community-based services throughout Ontario. This includes support groups, virtual programming, and information resources, which are all critical in improving the quality of life for people living with and affected by ALS. We saw some of the wonderful support Carolyn and her Family received thanks to the organizations this event supports.
