As usual I'm an 11th hour planner but don't let my inability to be more organized undercut the importance of leaning into helping to support research to one day eliminate ALS and to help support those living with it.  

I'll be rucking this event in memory of Greg Tomkins.

Any support would be appreciated.  I figure if nothing else my lily white legs and short shorts will draw the attention of passerby's and therefore attention to the cause.  I'll leave the pre-written information below as it's far more informative.
