Those who knew our Great Nana, Rutheen Scott, will remember her incredible kindness, love of life, strength, and, of course, her sarcastic sense of humour. Great Nana did not have to fight ALS for as long as many others. When people hear her story, they are often shocked by how quickly this devastating disease took her from her loving family.

 

ALS affects not only the person diagnosed but also their entire circle of family and friends. In honour of Great Nana's memory, and to help ensure that others living with ALS have access to the support and services they need, we are once again participating in the Walk for ALS.

 

This year's walk will take place on June 13, and we would be incredibly grateful for your support in honour of Rutheen Scott. Every donation helps fund vital programs, services, advocacy, and research, bringing us one step closer to a world free of ALS.
