Hi

Again this year I will be walking for ALS. I usually only put this out a week before I walk but there is a promotion on now for this week that every dollar raised will be doubled. This is due to a generous donation by an ALS family. So I am walking on June 1st this year in memory of Mike Tambureno who was a great friend of my son Adam. Mike was a remarkable kid. Teacher, outdoorsman, weight lifter, got a baseball scholarship to the USA. Just a great and amazing person. Mike was taken all to young and i walk iin his memory. I also walk for the Mom of my best friend Pat. His mom, Joan was also a remarkable person. Raised 3 rambunctious boys on her own. Always had a smile and also was taken by this terrible disease way too soon. 

So, please, if you can donate this week that would be great as, i mentioned, donations are doubled.
