George, Dad, Georgie, Mr. Gomes, however you want to call him is a caring, energetic son, husband, father, teacher, and friend who has been living with a variant of ALS for over 2 years.  I know him as former co-worker, but most importantly the husband of my dear friend Laura.

On June 23^rd, 2024, we will be participating in the ALS Canada Walk to End ALS to not only support George, his family, and others living with ALS, but honour those who lived a life courageously.  We can give hope.  How amazing is that!
