This summer, I’ll be participating in the ALS Canada Walk to End ALS. Now more than ever, families affected by ALS need our support, compassion, and action. I’m proud to be walking alongside thousands of others who share the same goal: building hope and working toward a world free of ALS.

• Advance critical research through the ALS Canada Research Program, the only national, dedicated source of funding for ALS research across Canada. This program supports peer-reviewed, high-impact research projects with the greatest potential to move the field forward. In fact, more progress has been made in ALS research in the past five years than in the previous century, and we need to keep that momentum going.

• Support individuals and families living with ALS by funding community-based services across Ontario. These include home visits, support groups, virtual programming, and essential information resources that directly improve quality of life for those affected.
