In memory of my dad, and in support of my future

I lost my dad, Graham Hurst, to ALS and FTD in March 2025. In November of the same year, I learned I have the same genetic mutation that lead to both conditions in his 60s.

The last few years have been beyond hard but I'm hopeful that we will have treatments and cures in my lifetime. More to the point, I'm prepared to walk my butt off to make it happen! There’s been more progress made in ALS research in the last five years than over the last century – let's help keep that going!
