Our team, Snowdon Samurai, is participating in the WALK TO END ALS for the 19th time. We walk each year in memory of our beloved Bill Snowdon, whose life was taken by this devastating disease in just 10 short months. Your support will make a difference for other families in Ontario whose lives have been turned upside down by ALS and help fund critical research into the cause and potential cures for this terrible disease.

• Further scientific progress by investing in the ALS Canada Research Program, which funds promising ALS research. There has been more progress made in ALS research in the last five years than over the last century – we need to keep building on this momentum. 
• Create a better day-to-day reality for people and families living with ALS by providing community-based services throughout Ontario. These are all critical in improving the quality of life for people living with and affected by ALS.
