This summer our team will be participating in the ALS Canada Walk to End ALS, and this year the cause is especially close to our hearts.

My brother Rico was recently diagnosed with ALS. Like so many families facing this devastating disease, his loved ones are now navigating an incredibly difficult and uncertain journey. ALS not only affects the person diagnosed, but also the family, friends, and community who stand beside them every day.

We’re walking to support Rico, his family, and the thousands of Canadians who are currently living with ALS. By coming together for this walk, we hope to raise awareness, show our support, and help move us closer to a future where no one has to face this disease.

Advance critical ALS research.
Funds raised support the ALS Canada Research Program, the only national dedicated source of funding for ALS research across Canada. Promising discoveries are being made, and continued research brings hope for better treatments and ultimately a cure.

Support families living with ALS today.
ALS Canada also provides essential community-based services across Ontario, including home visits, support groups, virtual programs, and valuable information resources that help improve quality of life for people and families affected by ALS.
