Today, April 19th, marks one year since I lost my incredible mom. Before she passed, she told us she would come back to us as a dragonfly. Since then, they’ve felt like gentle reminders that she is still with us, in spirit and in love.

In her honour, my family has registered to walk as Team Dragonfly Strong in the Walk to End ALS. The dragonfly symbolizes resilience, transformation, and hope. These are all qualities mom showed every day, even in the face of ALS.

I invite all who knew and loved her to join us, by walking alongside us or supporting with a donation in her memory. Each step we take carries mom's memory forward, and each act of support helps bring us closer to a world without ALS, creating hope for others.
