Hello friends and family,

This year, I am once again participating in the 2026 Walk to End ALS as part of The Sterling’s Stars, in loving memory of my husband, Sterling McNabb.

Sterling passed away from ALS in 1999, and while the years have gone by, he remains deeply missed every single day. He was a loving husband, family man, and someone whose kindness and strength touched many lives. Walking in his memory is a way to honour the life we shared and to support others facing the challenges of ALS today.

Watching someone you love battle ALS is heartbreaking. This disease affects not only the individual diagnosed, but also the entire family standing beside them. By participating in this walk, I hope to help raise awareness, fund support services, and contribute to research that brings hope for better treatments and, one day, a cure.

I am incredibly grateful for the love and support shown to our family over the years. Thank you for supporting Sterling’s Stars and for helping keep Sterling’s memory alive through this important cause.
