This summer, I’ll be participating in the ALS Canada Walk to End ALS in memory of those we’ve lost and in support of families currently living with this devastating disease.

Over the years, I’ve watched dear friends - the Teevans and the Gagliardis - say goodbye to loved ones far too soon because of ALS. It’s a disease that robs people of so much, yet the strength, resilience and love shown by these families has left a lasting impression on me.

I’m walking to honour their journeys, support ongoing research and help ensure that people living with ALS have access to the programs, services and supports they need.
