The London Walk to End ALS will be held on June 27th in Springbank Park, London, Ontario. The address is 285 Wonderland Rd. South.

Registration time: 10:00am
Stage Ceremony: 10:30am, followed by the Walk.

We welcome anyone that wishes to come out and join our team at the Walk.

“THIS IS THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY YEAR OF THE WALK TO END ALS ACROSS CANADA”

Many people are still getting ALS and the funds to support them are critically needed. The Walk supports: Special Equipment, Community Care, Advocacy and Promising ALS Canada Research.

Our family have been fundraising for ALS for 42 years in London and area. In 1984 our sister Margaret was diagnosed with ALS. We watched Margaret courageously fight daily with the challenges of this insidious disease. This created the inspiration and passion to begin fundraising to help her and others who might be diagnosed with ALS.

It was both shocking and devastating to witness what would happen to our beloved MacPherson family. We lost 4 more members to ALS. Following Margaret were siblings Mary, Dorothy, brother Arthur, and two cousins Anna and David. We will be walking in their memory.

Our family team MACPHERSONS IN MOTION, with the help and support of family members and many friends, has raised over $243,000.00 for the London Walk. 

We are truly grateful and appreciate the fantastic support we have received during the past years. Perhaps you can support us again this year.
