Hi everyone,

This year, I’m proud to once again participate in the 2026 Walk to End ALS with my family, The Sterling’s Stars, in memory of Sterling McNabb.

Although I never had the chance and honour to meet Sterling, I’ve come to know how deeply loved and missed he is through the stories, memories, and traditions shared by his family. Over the past 10 years, participating in the ALS Walk alongside them has become incredibly meaningful to me.

What started as a way to support my family has grown into a cause that is close to my heart. I’ve seen how ALS continues to affect so many families, and I’m honoured to walk each year in remembrance of Sterling while helping raise awareness and support for those currently facing this disease.

Being part of Sterling’s Stars is about love, family, remembrance, and hope for a future without ALS. I’m grateful to stand beside a family that continues to turn loss into action and compassion for others.
