Hi everyone,

This year, I’m proud to once again take part in the 2026 with my family, The Sterling’s Stars, in memory of my grandfather, Sterling McNabb.

My grandpa passed away from ALS in 1999 when I was only three years old. Although I was very young when we lost him, I’ve grown up hearing stories about the incredible person he was and how much he meant to our family. Because of that, this walk has always been important to me.

I’ve participated in the ALS Walk every year since, proudly walking to honour my grandpa’s memory and support families who are currently facing this disease. Over the years, it’s become more than just an event — it’s a tradition rooted in love, remembrance, and hope.

ALS affects entire families, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for research, care, and support services. Every donation and every share helps make a difference.
