• Further scientific progress by investing in the ALS Canada Research Program, the only national dedicated source of funding for ALS research. This program provides peer-reviewed grants to researchers whose work shows the greatest potential. More progress has been made in ALS research in the last five years than in the past century – and we need to keep building on this momentum.
• Create a better day-to-day reality for people and families living with ALS by providing community-based services throughout Ontario. This includes support groups, virtual programming, and information resources, which are all critical in improving the quality of life for people living with and affected by ALS.
