Over the past 13 years, after the sudden loss of my mother, Rutheen Scott, myself and my family have participated in some manner at the yearly ALS Walks either in New Brunswick, Alberta and PEI. We have walked, raised funds, volunteered our time organizing and working at the events.

This years walk weighs heavier on us as we have lost a huge supporter of the ALS Walk, our father, Robert Scott. I know my parents will be cheering us on as we participate in the walk this year on June 15th in Charlottetown. 

By supporting the ALS Society, you will be contributing to a worthy cause who’s aim is to keep the hope alive of finding a cure. The money raised will go towards funding research programs as well as to provide quality services to improve the quality of life of those affected by ALS (equipment loan program, care, etc.). Please help if you can by making a donation to such a worthy cause. I also invite you to join an ALS Walk in your area.
