This June, we're coming together as a team in a walk to end ALS for my brother, Paul.

Even though he's my younger brother, I've often found myself looking up to him.  There's always been something about his calm, low-key demeanour that brings a sense of balance to all of us.  He doesn't need to be loud to be heard or forceful to be respected - his presence alone speaks volumes, not by words but by example. 

Paul is a devoted father and husband, and has built his life and his businesses with true integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit that sets him apart. He leads in a way that quietly inspires, always focused on doing the right things, and helping others along the way. He has a rare ability to make people around him better, whether through his guidance, work, or simply the way he shows up every day. 

Beneath the quiet exterior is a fearless determination and a natural sense of leadership that has never wavered, no matter what challenges he's faced.

This past year has been extremely difficult, to watch Paul go through this, but it has shown me how strong he is and how much better we all are because of him. I am incredibly proud to call him my brother.
